The interment is at Hillcrest Cemetery, Swift Current, SK. It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Edward (Ted) Sagon. at Christ the Redeemer Roman Catholic Parish. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, Octoat 2:00 p.m. It was through these that he gained the strength when faced with difficult challenges throughout his life. His family and his spiritual faith were the focus of his life. He kept himself busy making a variety of wood crafts, some of which can be seen in neighboring yards. Art grew up on a farm outside Sonningdale, SK with his parents Ron and Edith Gunness, his sister Eileen and brother Cliff. He had various jobs over the years but spent most of his career with Sask Wheat Pool. Coffee row was a daily event for him after retirement. Together they enjoyed dancing, visiting, gardening and yard work. At a young age he took an interest in track and with Morley coaching him, he won a provincial medal. Waugh is resting at the Tannahill Funeral Home where the funeral. He grew up on a farm south of Unity, with his three siblings Morley, Millie and Margaret. Word was received here the other day of the death in Dundurn, Sask. He was predeceased by his father Michael, mother Lena and sister Millie. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Loretta and 3 sons Brad (Tammy) of Swift Current, Colin (Tammy) and grandson Nathan of Hazlet and Steve of Lethbridge, AB. Chris was predeceased by his mother Elizabeth Birn (2021) and father Alexander Birn (2014). He was born to Mike and Lena Wiseman in Unity, SK. Chris will be remembered by his brothers Kevin, Brad and his children Amanda and Nathan. WISEMAN – William Lawrence passed away on Wednesday, Octoat Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current after battling cancer.
